Physical Products
We currently ship physical products within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If tracking information is available, it will be included in that email.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable PDFs, are delivered electronically and do not involve shipping.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a download link by email or through your account on this site. Please ensure you use a valid email address at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
