Physical Products

We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please contact us using the information provided on our Contact page before sending any item back. Returned items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including downloadable PDFs, are final.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once a download link has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
